At Sydenstricker School, our faculty and staff are instrumental in providing the academic, social and support environment for our students. In addition to classroom instruction, our students rely on our teachers, aides, administrators, and support staff for guidance, direction, and encouragement. Sydenstricker School strives to provide the atmosphere for academic and personal social skills gains for our students. Furthermore, our faculty and staff are responsible for maintaining high standards and helping our students to meet the goals of their parents and exceed expectations.

Our high expectations of students are possible because our faculty and staff meet a high standard of professional and personal excellence in their work. Additionally, teaching at Sydenstricker School requires:

    A successful academic career with strong credentials in the desired teaching area of Early Childhood Education, Psychology, K-6, Pre-school, Dance, Theatre and others degrees with experience.
  • Successful experience working with young people in an educational setting.
  • A demonstrated interest in nurturing students’ development.
  • The potential and willingness to contribute to the school beyond the classroom.
  • Playing piano would be a great skill. Let us know.
